Would love a place to leave team members a message or even by department. Example- front desk employee clocks in and promotions or special notes for the day pop up.

Please make a banner option! Or an announcement at the top of certain dates. Not having to schedule a break. Its not very esthetically pleasing all repetitive and choppy. Thank you.

I'd also say, have it where you can assign the task to someone or do an @ everyone if it's a reminder for a meeting or something everyone needs.

just transferred over to Phorest - Please can we have a note booking slot as well as a break booking slot so we can leave longer messages for our staff - this is sadly missed on the Phorest system

This is a great idea!! Sometimes you need to share notes that aren't client/appointment specific.

In our previous software, there was a digital log book where the front desk could communicate with each other. You could also go back and see notes from the day. It had a lookup tab so you can see a specific client behaved a certain way, you could search that and all of the entries would show up.
