I'd also say, have it where you can assign the task to someone or do an @ everyone if it's a reminder for a meeting or something everyone needs.

just transferred over to Phorest - Please can we have a note booking slot as well as a break booking slot so we can leave longer messages for our staff - this is sadly missed on the Phorest system

In our previous software, there was a digital log book where the front desk could communicate with each other. You could also go back and see notes from the day. It had a lookup tab so you can see a specific client behaved a certain way, you could search that and all of the entries would show up.

It would be really useful to have an area on the diary such as notice board to add notes to regarding tasks or alerts for clinic management during the day or set alerts to help with day to day running of the business and communication between staff.

Notepad/Waitlist

Hello everyone!
I think it would be a great idea if Phorest had a notepad on the sidebar.
The notepad could be helpful to share notes between frontline staff members. It could be like a journal entry with a timestamp.
It would also be helpful if on the notepad, there was a tab for "waitlisted guests". Currently we have to input clients into the calendar but with the notepad:waitlist tab, we can review a list of guests rather than work through the calendar.
The software is amazing and thank you so much.
