Fully agree! It is a bad feeling to throw out used gift cards. This would be very helpful.

We found a way round this but it is timely. We go into vouchers ensure it’s at zero. I’m sure you can also change the purchased date here and the client name. Then at the till scan the voucher chose top up and the voucher can be re sold. It is faffy but works. Again the sustainability is a big issue and everyone wants to be more eco friendly. Also in the recite it does show first purchase which isn’t ideal. But it’s also a money maker fir Phorest always re purchasing vouchers.
