We need more appointment reminders. Through other systems we had, we could get up to three reminders sent to each client for their appointment.
Unfortunately, Phorest only has one reminder but I need one a week before 13 days before and one one day before.
My clients loved it. Because I didn’t have to stress about when their appointment was. Any news on possibly adding that to the reminder send outs. It’s kind of crucial where we are.

We would appreciate the capability to send two SMS appointment reminders. Our previous software offered this function, and we found it significantly more effective than email reminders, which are often overlooked. Currently, we are limited to sending only one SMS confirmation, which has increased our need to manually follow up for confirmations. Reinstating the option for a second SMS would streamline our confirmation process and enhance guest satisfaction.

YESSSSSS!!!!! I would like an ability to send "add to your calendar" when they make appointment in salon. Then three days before appointment, 1 day before, and text 2 hours before!

Hi I would like to have more than one reminder to the client . Sometimes customers book 4- 6 weeks out and forget about the booking. We would like a confirmation and a reminder. Please allow us to set it for the days we need in advance.

My idea was to have a second customer SMS sent 1 hour before the clients appointment to refresh their mind of the time and also warn to be early incase of traffic, busy roads, complete consent form etc. Hoping this might cut down on clients running in late... or even forgetting

This is the suggestion I logged on to add. It's DEFINITELY needed. We have had many no-shows and I think a week ahead of time helps those who may need to reschedule to remember to do so more than one day ahead.

I find that one text reminder is not enough. It would be nice to have multiple scheduled text reminders that could potentially contain unique information. The first text could alert the client of our cancellation/ reschedule policy for example.
