Memberships that allow clients to pay monthly but redeem 3 monthly or quarterly for instance (on a timeframe of your choice) Right now, quarterly redemption requires quarterly payment, which creates a lump sum and removes the benefit of a membership (clients may as well use a credit card). Even if the incentive was a service discount Monthly payments with 3-monthly service credit would: • Make memberships more attractive and accessible • Support tailored treatment plans (e.g. facials every 3 months, Botox) • Help keep clients on a regular cycle instead of delaying appointments The Piggy Bank is useful for saving, but it doesn’t encourage structured, regular visits. Please add this flexibility

The services performed under the membership do not show up in performance or insights. As a therapist/manager I will not be reccomending memberships until this is measurable. They also show the wrong € when processed and looked back at. We are rolling out commission based on performance target and this is now another report or manually count through the days. Exhausting.

This is a huge problem if you are thinking of rolling out Phorest Memberships We have recently launched our clinic memberships and have encountered an issue with how treatment names are displayed within the membership booking list. Currently, the treatments available to book under memberships are pulled from the clinic-side of treatment names in Phorest. This is a problem as we have had to abbreviate all these services heavily on the clinic side as the Phorest reporting system only shows the first two - three words of each treatments. This has created a practical issue, as we are unable to clearly identify treatments when viewing or printing reports. Unfortunately, this means the treatment names are no longer client-friendly. On the client-facing online booking app, we have reworded these treatments so they are clear, descriptive, and make sense to clients. Ideally, we would love one of the following solutions: The ability for membership treatment names to be pulled from the client-side (online booking) treatment names, rather than the clinic-side names, or An update to reporting functionality that allows us to view and print full treatment names without them being cut off after the first few words. This would significantly improve usability for clinics running memberships, reduce the need for workarounds, and allow us to maintain both clear client-facing language and efficient internal workflows. See screen shots of how our membership list looks to a client- its AWFULL. I have also screen shot the M8 \ Morpheus 8 online booking names that the client uses/sees so you can see how we have had to abreviate the m8 services our side so we can read the services in reports. The memberships list names needs to look like the online booking names. This would be a great help p.s please also create a membership board :)

I would like to suggest adding more flexibility to the memberships system by decoupling the billing cycle from service allocation. At present, services are allocated strictly in line with the billing cycle. Monthly billing forces monthly service allocation, which prevents offering annual service packages paid in monthly instalments. This is a significant limitation for salons whose clients only attend a few times per year for higher value services such as cuts and colour. A very common and commercially sound use case is an annual service package paid monthly in 12 equal instalments. For example 1 annual colour package billed monthly, or 4 cuts per year paid monthly. Credit based memberships exist, but they are more generic and less appealing to clients than clearly defined service based packages. Clients respond better to knowing exactly what services are included rather than managing a balance of credits. Suggested improvements Allow annual service allocation with monthly billing Allow billing frequency and service redemption frequency to be set independently Preserve rollover rules as an optional setting for unused services This added flexibility would unlock more meaningful membership models, increase adoption, and better reflect how many salon clients actually consume services over a year.

Would love on the first screen once you have hit "pay" on a membership client for there to be some notification/pop up that is obvious. And also the option for clients to choose whether they use $$ associated with their membership or have the choice to pay for a particular service on the day and "bank" their membership money.

It would be great if we could Duplicate an existing Membership or Series and then make a few edits to vary it from the one you copied. I have several memberships that have very small changes in the way they are created. I have to create a new one from scratch every time.

I’d like to request a contract /waiver be generated for clients who sign up for a membership. This waiver would provide some additional protection for the salon should a client not abide by the membership rules. I also have a request related to the minimum commitment for memberships. It would be beneficial to have this set to 3 months and to include this information on the membership details when we’re creating the membership.

I think we should have the option to give points to those that pay a monthly membership.

would be great if we could sign members up whilst they were in clinic. on our current membership site there is a part where we enter the card details and then they can be updated at any time. If someone hasn't paid, they don't show as active., they are inactive until payment has been successful. Also, member credit is showing in their account before the payment has been successfully paid by the client. I stand to lose a lot of money if the systems don't talk to each other. A lot of teething problems currently and no-one seems to have the answer

Can you add to the reports the total predicted revenue from current memberships, total predicted revenue per client membership and when memberships are due to expire within 30-60 days
