We need a flag up system of direct debit payments that have not gone through. We had a couple of people miss their monthly membership payment due to card issues but the system does not notify us there has been an issue. We also would like a type of alert icon that needs to be read on a clients profile before booking them in and an alert for the stylist in her column on a clients service booking to help immediate attention that's required before service starts

Allow each location to make their own features specific to what they want. Ex) membership roll over option, consultation forms, inventory, etc.

We need to be able to book members in with no deposit. They are already paying for memberships with certain treatments included but can not set custom deposit of zero which makes no sense. Please enable this feature so we dont have clients getting annoyed having to pay a £1 deposit . We take 50% on rest of services but a perk of membership is already paying for it so it needs to be no deposit.

We have clients who would like to join the credit membership but don't always want to use their credit when they next come to the salon. For example, one client would like to pay £20pm and save that towards a facial but currently, there is no option not to use the credit when she comes in for a different treatment.

Once a membership has been created, when a client goes to book it, there is a piece of text that states 'What's Included' These benefits will be given to you monthly. This text is misleading as it then shows the full list of items included in the membership which are likely to be for the whole year rather than the month. This text needs to be removed or editable. In addition in Memberships, it would be very useful to be able to categorise them and display them better when clients go to view. If there are a large number of options, people have to search and read each one to know which one to choose.

Unable to run our subscriptions through Phorest as we can't set up an annual service allowance with a monthly payment plan. We can't be the only aesthetic clinic having this problem. Please can you rectify this 🙏

Memberships that allow clients to pay monthly but redeem 3 monthly or quarterly for instance (on a timeframe of your choice) Right now, quarterly redemption requires quarterly payment, which creates a lump sum and removes the benefit of a membership (clients may as well use a credit card). Even if the incentive was a service discount Monthly payments with 3-monthly service credit would: • Make memberships more attractive and accessible • Support tailored treatment plans (e.g. facials every 3 months, Botox) • Help keep clients on a regular cycle instead of delaying appointments The Piggy Bank is useful for saving, but it doesn’t encourage structured, regular visits. Please add this flexibility

I’d like to request a contract /waiver be generated for clients who sign up for a membership. This waiver would provide some additional protection for the salon should a client not abide by the membership rules. I also have a request related to the minimum commitment for memberships. It would be beneficial to have this set to 3 months and to include this information on the membership details when we’re creating the membership.

If you created a membership which was quite complex in the setup and the services that are associated, it would be great to be able to use as a template like the email campagnes or duplicate as such

The services performed under the membership do not show up in performance or insights. As a therapist/manager I will not be reccomending memberships until this is measurable. They also show the wrong € when processed and looked back at. We are rolling out commission based on performance target and this is now another report or manually count through the days. Exhausting.
