It doesn't make any sense that we have to request to add a brand - why can we not just add our own like we can a category?

It would be great to have an inventory type for products that are used for backbar. Currently, we have backbar products such as shampoos and stylers that we also sell as retail but when we scan the barcode to sell a product to a client, both the retail and the backbar product comes up which can really mess up inventory if the wrong item is chosen. Having a category called "Backbar Use" that doesn't scan to POS would be so great.

Need to be able to bulk edit products at once. Whether changing the category for multiple or changing the tax rate for multiple. It would make life SO much easier

Automatically send orders directly to suppliers via e-mail, without detours... at least so that you can select something like the order should be sent.

I would love the ability to merge product categories. I've got several that are all very similar but it's way too time consuming to go and change each product to consolidate the categories. A merge button would be very helpful.

It would make sense if when a product is being returned we have the option to "return to inventory" Not used or remove from inventory "used"

why cant i just add a brand - i have to request it be added? Allow us to add our own brands as needed, i brought in a new line and i cant even save it without picking a "Brand" thats not in the pre determined list

It would be great if an automated notification could be sent to management team with permissions to manage stock/store when stock is getting low. Include supplier phone number/email in the notification, how many left out of max #.

It is really important to be able to specify the quantity you have of a salon products eg 0.5, 0.75 etc. Having to log either zero or 1 when you potentially have a half of tub of something is neither accurate nor helpful and will make ordering almost impossible without doing a manual check. Please, please, please can this be changed ASAP, it's a really vital part of stock control and ordering.

If you could access the latest order histories while ordering an item, this would make many steps easier
