We’ve noticed an issue specifically related to group bookings when combining tickets for different clients. Here’s what’s happening: When we have two separate clients who want to pay together, we try to combine their individual tickets into one. However, we’ve observed that after combining, not all services and products carry over to the final combined ticket. For example, one day we had two clients with individual appointments. They wanted to pay together, so we combined their tickets. Once the tickets were merged using the shift key, we noticed that some of the services and products that appeared on the original individual tickets were missing from the combined one. We double-checked the individual tickets to confirm the items were originally listed correctly. To avoid billing discrepancies, we had the clients pay separately that time. Since then, we’ve been monitoring this issue and have noticed whichever client we click on first is the "main" file and it only brings up what the second client is booked. We like to have everything ready before checking out to ensure a fast and easy checkout process. While we understand that this option is not currently available, implementing it would greatly enhance our ability to keep client files separate and well-organized, while also ensuring the process remains as efficient and user-friendly as possible.
