Customers like to say that the amount to be paid should simply be rounded up to give a tip. The PhorestPay terminal does not yet offer an option for this. Please add an option that can be rounded up to the next round euro amount to tip.

There needs to be a quicker way to see everything a client has purchased; services, products, upgrades ETC under the WALLET tab. We recently switched software and are selling gift cards and i have no quick way to access client purchase history.

I'm looking for a way to split tips among two stylists after the client leaves. Clients usually check out via the terminal, often with cards on file.

We need to be able to use all payment methods when paying a deposit on an upcoming appointment, using the Deposit button on the Appointment, in the new payment screens. Right now, it only allows for Credit Card payments - and a lot of our clients like to use cash or gift cards for large items like extensions. Yes, we can do a general deposit through the purchase screen, but it's better when it's attached to the actual appointment, so that someone doesn't actually pull it in as payment for a different service before the one it's intended to cover. Especially if they have multiple deposits for different services - which often happens with bridal parties.

When we go to place a refund back to the original form of payment (creditcards) an error occurs and the system is not properly refunding. When this happens have to pull money out of the till to refund the guest and it would be really nice if the refund feature would work as expected.

We don't stock all products in our clinic as some skincare has to be prescribed and ordered in. If it is sold my a member of staff in store, it would be great if stock is set as 0 that is can come up as an order as we are having to do this manually at present.
