We love the TreatCard program and the way it encourages guest loyalty, but we'd love to see additional flexibility in how rewards can be redeemed. Currently, rewards are structured around redeeming an entire service or product for free. While this works well in some situations, it can be difficult for multi-provider salons, collectives, and businesses with varying service prices and specialties. Dollar-Value Reward Redemption We would love the ability to create rewards such as: $25 off targeted service $50 loyalty credit Percentage-based discounts Rather than requiring an entire service to be redeemed for free via points. This would allow businesses to reward loyalty while maintaining sustainable margins and distributing rewards more evenly across providers. For example, if we want to introduce a new facial service, offering a $25 credit in exchange for points toward the service is often more effective than offering the entire service for free. Tis way the provider is not performing a high-value service at no charge. This is especially important in team-based environments where one provider may perform a significantly higher number of reward redemptions than others due to the nature of their service menu. Add-On Services as TreatCard Rewards We would also love the ability to select add-on services as TreatCard rewards. Examples: Hair treatment upgrades Scalp analysis LED therapy Facial enhancements Currently, add-on services are not available as reward options despite being some of the most effective loyalty incentives. Many businesses are not looking to give away entire services, but rather create meaningful, sustainable rewards that encourage guests to explore additional offerings. Greater flexibility in reward structure would make TreatCard significantly more valuable for service-based businesses while maintaining profitability and supporting long-term growth for both salons and their teams.
