We were wanting a way to send a follow up SMS or email to clients who haven't bought any products from us during their visit. This would give them the opportunity to buy products from our website as well as offering a discount to apply at checkout online. This would all be in the email/sms with a link to our website attached. What we need is a way to filter out clients who haven't bought from us in their recent visits so that this message can be sent to them only and not clients who have purchased with us. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
