It would be helpful to be able to change a shift for an individual from the appointment screen instead of having to go back into manager - staff rosters. On my old system you could click the team member name at the top of the page and access their profile and roster

wish there could be a way to audit any breaks put on thew schedule. its hard to enforce rules when we cant see who approved breaks

A place where people can request time off, we can approve or deny though phorest. This would help save a lot of time!!

The existing audit trail is not specific enough. We need an audit attached to each break, not one for all breaks.

Our old software had a dashboard which showed all appointments that needed rearranging for staff holidays, training etc. They could be removed from this dashboard once actioned. An easy way of seeing rather than going through the diary day by day and some being missed. This would be a great addition to Phorest

Currently you can do a custom option like sick, weather, family emergency but there is no way to add these as items to select.

We desperately need a geo-fenced clock in / out feature for staff to use in the mobile app. So many HR and Payroll apps have this capability. Ideally this comes with customizable alerts: shift change, clock in / reminders, break reminders etc. Even better if this can then produce reports that can be used for payroll - even better still if these can be integrated with Xero.

It would be great to have the option to make a note that perhaps pops up in the diary itself when opening up a therapist's diary as a one off, for example 'covering for Jess'. That way there is a trail and we can see any anomalies to the diary that are not a usual weekly occurrence, and any extra shifts are easily identifiable. Will help greatly with annual leave tracking so we can see if cover has been arranged for someone's leave who etc etc., so we have a trail.
