YES, this is true. I had to block staff from editing breaks and moving them to block appointment times. I need to know who created the breaks and it's easy for staff to add their own too when it's busy!

If you go to access under manager, you can un-click “create time blocks” as a feature capability. They need to ask to block off time.
Unless it’s a scheduled lunch or actual break.
