It would be nice to have IP restrictions so employees can't clock in & out outside of the business

I know we can back space "break" and type what we want but it could be really nice to allow up to set up and save a couple preset options

an idea if we can introduce poll on phorest, if we would like to introduce a new treatment but would like to get feedback from clients first,by creating a poll that would be great!

It would be cool to have a place in the app that tells us when our clients cancelled or moved their appointment. For management, we would see every notification. For stylists, they would just see details of their own. Our last booking software, Fresha, had this and our stylists say that’s the only thing Phorest is missing

We don't gain anything from sending texts excepts a bill, it used to be greyed out but isnt now so we have inadvertently sent texts that were not intended. We do not wish to have this function and we do not intend to use it. We only require email

The make a suggestion section is complicated and too long winded. The login is tedious and should be possible with our personal login straight through our system. The board section is too broad and still doesn't cover anything. I have many suggestion, but not the time to go through all the hurdles to actually make a suggestion.

We don’t need texts as they do not generate any business for us. We would like it greyed out like it was before. Now it’s not and as a result we think texts are being sent accidentally when we send emails. We do not need them, it costs us money that we don’t get back

It would be great if we could have saved templated responses or texts in chat to provide consistency across staff reaching out and responding to clients.
