We would love to see pop-up notes appear any time a client profile is opened, rather than only during specific actions. Currently, notes can be configured to appear at specific points in the guest journey, such as booking, check-in, or check-out, but there is no option for them to display immediately upon opening the client record. This feature is essential for our team to quickly view important client information, such as "constant no-show," "prefers 2 creams in coffee," "VIP guest," or "use specific discounts." Having these notes automatically appear whenever a client profile is accessed would help ensure consistency, personalization, and accuracy across all team members and departments, regardless of where they are interacting with the guest within the system.
