I have my auto logout set to a short amount of time. It would be nice if that could be toggled for category of employee, i.e. the front desk staff has a short time but office staff has longer. I also do not like that scrolling on a report or waiting for a report to load doesn't count as activity and I get logged out, then have to re-run the report. That is so frustrating to me!!

Would like to have the ability to block clients from specific operators as opposed to blocking fully or nothing

Having the ability to only do min on desktop when creating a break and on the Go you can do it by the Hr and By the min. should be the same the better one is on the Go. could we please have it on the Desktop like it is on the Go?

We do an annual price increase for our team and every time we are fumbling at the last minute either very early in the morning or very late at night to get the pricing correct in Phorest Services, packages, etc. Is there a way we could set the pricing in advance and have it go Live when we tell it to?

It would be nice to be able to do a price increase % as a set up to go into effect on a specific date.

Only list the first person that they are seeing on the day and that appointment time. Current coding selects the Preferred Staff, Hairdresser doing a cutting service or longest treatment. This could mean people miss the appointment as it isn't clear the actual time the appointment's for the day start.

Loving the new lead management feature! I just wish there was a built-in notification system so we’d know right away when a new lead comes in—instead of having to constantly check the lead list.

Not sure if there is a way when email appointment reminders go out to clients that it includes all future appointments and times so they can add to their calendars.
