Adding discounts to the system should be easier

As a salon company we run a lot of promotions and are constantly adding discounts to our system to make the promotions we run trackable. We also have a lot of employees & several "employee categories" with different access levels, most of whom are able to check guests out. When you create a discount, it should ask you right then and there which staff category you'd like to have access to the discount instead of having to go into access and change it for each and every access profile. It can be very time consuming & contributes to mistakes happening.

For discounts it would be great to have ability to enter promo codes for specials for in salon services. I market to existing clients and want to be able to send special promos only to them without changing the actual service.

Yes agreed - creating discounts or promotions in Phorest is very difficult - would love more options to select a product or 2 products (or 3!) or an entire product line. Also would love a different way to manage multi locations

Yes ... Discounts offered should be listed on the pay screen in the area with cash, card, etc.

Nicole Rempfer only when applied to the entire receipt. But sometimes the discount is only valid for one position, then it doesn't work
