Carrot for lowest to highest or highest to lowest

I would like to submit a feature request for the Inventory orders and inventory section.
It would be extremely helpful if each column heading had a sorting arrow/caret that allowed us to rearrange the inventory list in ascending or descending order.
For example, we should be able to sort by:
Alphabetical order
Current inventory amount
Minimum inventory
Maximum inventory
Brand
Category
Product name
Volume/size
Cost
Retail price
Any other inventory column
I provided an example of where this type of sorting functionality already exists within Phorest.
This would make inventory management and placing orders significantly faster and easier. Currently, creating an order takes me a very long time because I have to manually search through and organize the inventory instead of being able to quickly sort the information I need.
Being able to click the column heading and sort from lowest to highest, highest to lowest, or A–Z/Z–A would make a huge difference in the ordering process.
As you can see in the example I provided, there is currently an option within Phorest that allows me to customize how I view my inventory.
I would love to see this same functionality available when placing an order, as well as anywhere within Phorest where data is displayed and needs to be evaluated.
Each column heading should have a sorting arrow/caret that allows the user to quickly organize the information in ascending or descending order. For example:
A–Z or Z–A
Inventory quantity — lowest to highest or highest to lowest
Minimum and maximum inventory levels
Brand
Category
Product name
Volume/size
Cost
Retail price
Any other available data column
Ideally, users should also be able to customize which columns are visible and the order in which those columns appear, similar to the inventory customization option that already exists.
This would be especially valuable when creating product orders. Currently, placing an order can take me a significant amount of time because I cannot easily organize and evaluate the information on the ordering screen.
More broadly, I think this should be a standard feature anywhere in Phorest where there is a table or large amount of data. If data can be viewed, users should be able to sort, organize, and customize how that data is displayed so they can evaluate it in the way that is most useful for their business.
