It would be nice to be able to change employee pricing within employee profile rather than creating different levels in order to assign specific pricing to specific employee. Don't want all types of level titles created since it's something that can be seen online by clients.

Many salons use RTS to apply commission, example if the retail to service is 2%, then stylists get 15% commission. This is currently causing a 4 location salon to churn during onboarding. One-off salons use the staff performance detail sheet then manually apply the correct commission. However, this is extremely time consuming on the salon side and prohibits Phorest's growth in multilocations and large staff salons.
