I agree! The other icons were much easier to narrow in on. Would like to at least have the option for a business to decide to revert back to the old icons as a preference.

It’s just so bland. Looks like a computing project from a pre-GCSE student. Harder to navigate too as it all looks the same. Why mess around with something that wasn’t broken! Drill into getting some of the basics better - when someone cancels an appointment it would be useful if the email told you when and what. Leave what already works as it is!
