It would be great to have a report which shows exact rostered hours for every team member for the purpose of calculating right targets for them. If the team add a break - it affects the hours. Having a big team it is really hard to overlook all the small breaks they add. If I had rostered hours report for a month. I would take it, deduct all the lunch breaks, one-to-ones times, team meetings times manually and only then would calculate the targets for the team. Currently I have to calculate hours manually, due to all mentioned above. That is quite big job, if your team works different hours on different days. Seeing all rostered hours would be much easier and beneficial to calculate their wages.

Have different tabs for type of notes. Example, Formula notes, Personal notes, Product notes, Haircut notes. With dates of written notes, if we want to keep old notes on file. And have it easy to access and edit. Salonbiz has that feature and it was the best thing ever for service providers.

Phorest Go App - to see the client waiting list the same way as on the desktop version so if someone cancels you can move someone to that appointment slot.

It would be helpful if we can see cancelled appointments for the client on the Phorest go app in the section where you can choose to see future appointments, past appointments etc, Also a no show section too. This would help us see how much they swap snd chsnge, cancel and no show.

Having the ability to have a private staff chat would be great! My salon currently uses CREW (now square). I know other company's use Slack. It's easer to get quick information out to all staff. Celebrations such as birthdays, acknowledgments of great work today or emergency information all staff should know. If it could be in the app somehow to keep group work communication in one place!

If staff can request their holiday from their app for you to then accept or decline and when you accept it goes into the calendar and shows up on reports. Honestly trying to remember all staff holidays and report it to payroll is next level admin and I mess it up every year. And show staff their allocation and what they have left to take for the year. Full time vs part time staff.

Marketing / Manager Functions to be added to Phorest Go app

Being able to do marketing from mobile phones 🙏🏽 this would make life so much easier at times.

Have an online waiting list. There’s a few booking software programs that are so basic that have this feature. A client should be able to add themselves to an automated waiting list on whatever day and then get the option to book for a later date.

It would be great to be able to give your Phorest Go app a name, similar to how you can name a licence file on the computer. Would hugely help in checking trail updates in the system (eg: Jane's iPhone, reception iPad etc)
