Marketing / Manager Functions to be added to Phorest Go app

Have an online waiting list. There’s a few booking software programs that are so basic that have this feature. A client should be able to add themselves to an automated waiting list on whatever day and then get the option to book for a later date.

Have different tabs for type of notes. Example, Formula notes, Personal notes, Product notes, Haircut notes. With dates of written notes, if we want to keep old notes on file. And have it easy to access and edit. Salonbiz has that feature and it was the best thing ever for service providers.

Phorest Go App - to see the client waiting list the same way as on the desktop version so if someone cancels you can move someone to that appointment slot.

If staff can request their holiday from their app for you to then accept or decline and when you accept it goes into the calendar and shows up on reports. Honestly trying to remember all staff holidays and report it to payroll is next level admin and I mess it up every year. And show staff their allocation and what they have left to take for the year. Full time vs part time staff.

It would be really good if we could have a chat box for staff to communicate between each other. It would also be good if there could be a management pop up on the app (and desktop) where management can write a memo for staff and the pop up occurs when staff logs in. They can click a confirm box to confirm they have read the memo.

I would like to be able to see clients past invoices. We don’t always charge the same price each visit, so a quick check would be helpful.

It would be nice to be able to customize the categories and goals instead of a one size fits all. Like be able to select what fields we want staff members to see and track. Also, it would be nice if there was a competition function, kinda like goals. It would be great if we could set a salon team goal and then they could track their individual progress against the goal or maybe have a competition trackers where they could see how others are faring too. Say we have a retail sales competition, it would be great for the. To see standings of their peers.

I would love it to synch the column of the stylist with their iCal Account. As a boss I could avoid double appointments. (hair Appointments and normal appointments.

Being able to do marketing from mobile phones 🙏🏽 this would make life so much easier at times.
