Could the staff have a utilization % goal please? It’s such a great goal that is hard to show.

This update is far too slow, swiping through the days in advance or behind is difficult. I tried to do a future forecast of a random week in future & it wouldn't allow us.

It’s a tricky conversation to ask for a tip. Can phorest pay ask the client if they want to leave a tip then they can enter the amount, rather than just tapping their credit card or debit card.

Please include the option to click categories & brands when beginning a stocktake and then also be able to "include as 0" at the end of the counts as well. We rely on these features for accurate stocktaking abilities.

To be able to directly contact clients ref their appointment via the phorest system or the phorest app to make it easier, then have the conversation automatically be logged to refer back to. This cuts out the hassle of messaging via socials or email.

Can we add treat card at check out on phorest go? Currently there no option to add treat card when you check out on phorest go so clients don’t get their points unless you remember to go back in and add points manually

It would be nice to receive an alert when you receive an online booking.
