Staff Goals and Reports for Receptionist

It would be very helpful if we had greater insights into our front desk/admin performance. We’d like to goal them as well so we can hold them accountable. Like when they are logged in, what is the overall retail upsell and RTS? When they are on duty what is the overall rebook rate? When they are on duty what is the avg ticket? The receptionist job is so important and can make or break a salon. We need to have better visibility into how they perform and how their presence effects the salon as a whole. Sometimes the stylists numbers are greatly influenced by what receptionists are on for the day. We have 3 locations and we rotate between 8 different receptionists so we desperately need this, more so than a smaller salon that has a static reception person.

Yep! We use a bonus system of texts to our support team at the end of the week telling them if we’ve hit our group targets in various departments. Be good to have this kind of thing built in so staff could see how the totals are going. I like a target system that is really simple.

I agree! Front desk coordinator goals are just as important as stylist goals!
