The new app is awful. Go back to.the old app. So slow all the time.

For management to see all reviews on all staff on the app. You get notification but you can't see the actual review.

The inventory function in the new app is not as good as the old. It runs very slow, it took me almost 3 hours longer to do inventory this month compared to when I did it in November on the old app. If a product doesn't have a barcode it is really hard to search for the product. It will freeze when scrolling through the list and will take forever to look for a product if the line has more then 20 products in it. When searching it takes 2-3 minutes for it to find the product when you type in the name. When scanning barcodes the lighting has to be perfect. If I am scanning in one of our service rooms it is almost too dark to read the bar code so I have to move the product around the room into the light. But if there is too much light it causes a glare on the barcode and even if it isn't on the whole barcode it won't read the barcode. The old app allowed you to use your flashlight to read barcodes if its in a dimmer space and this one does not. I was also kicked out of the app multiple times while doing inventory. It also was delayed when trying to add to counts, I would hit the + sign to add to count and it wouldn't look like it was taking the button so I would hit it again and then all of a sudden it would add 2 to the count instead of one. But if I tried to type in the number we have it would lag in pulling up the keypad to type numbers and take longer to save the count then to just try and us the + button. I also like the option from the old app to scan multiple barcodes at once and be able to just add the counts to each item one right after the other.

It’s extremely frustrating that you haven’t added checking clients out through the 2.0 app. I was still able to with the old one and that just recently stopped working.

App keeps freezing . Constantly have to close app and reopen . Also mixes up Columns- see attached image for clarification.

Anyone else getting staff complaints about the new app being hard to navigate and having to move screens to find all the info they need for a client ? With a staff of 50, they are really struggling with multiple screens when they are very busy and when they just want to see everything at a glance like the original app. Any comment Phorest ?

Add an option for the cash drawer to open only for cash transactions, not for every transaction.

It would be great to be able to add a service for a stylist on a day that they are not scheduled but will be coming in for a specific client. I always have to go to staff roster, add them to the schedule for that day and then book the appointment, if we condensed it to just one step and have a warning pop up that says “stylist is not working this day, would you still like to book?”

This feature is currently not working. I have been trying once a week for a couple weeks now and it continues to glitch once the guest clicks on the link.
