Auto add the date for every note, make it faster for stylist to update. Our old software did this and now stylists are not adding in date which leads to confusion, you don’t know when the formula was changed/added

Being able to check out multiple guests on one ticket on the Phorest go app. Many Salons are transitioning to work without a front desk. This app needs to be more user friendly to be able to do all the things the desk top version does.

My staff wants to see daily tips from each client on Phorest go

Can no show charges when claimed not have the you were served by as if they have attended their appointments ? I have someone on accusing us of fraud today as it makes it look as if they visited the salon when charged ?

It would be nice to see client notes that contain formulas when I click on client name in schedule. Instead of clicking, then clicking the top, then searching for notes. It would be nice if they were just there right away and you could scroll through them easily. Also, notes like "client cancelled" "client rescheduled" not showing up where color formulas would be. Having to scroll through those are unnecessary to find color formulas.

It would be great if we could leave a to do list for the Salon Coordinator - example please Call Mary for me to come in 15 later , Check patch tests expiry date etc

We love to write Todo‘s with the break function in the timetable. Different Colors would help us to get a better overview. E.G. red for cleaning, blue for Training;-)

Be able to see the waitlist on the app!

I'd like yo be able to use a contact us from the App. Handy to raise a ticket for support when not able. To access desktop.
