If we have a calendar that everyone can see, how to we schedule a training or class and it apply to everyone or multiple people instead of having breaks all over the schedule? weve been meaning to suggest this in order to have all of our calendars synced up so that we can see meetings as well as client appointments scheduled. Kind of like outlook teams and calendar. Do you have anything like this? if not, is there a way to schedule multiple breaks at once? Thankyou"
