Can no show charges when claimed not have the you were served by as if they have attended their appointments ? I have someone on accusing us of fraud today as it makes it look as if they visited the salon when charged ?

Please fix this. We book all our clients in house (no online booking) and the only way to give commission to staff is to run a no show as if they actually came in for the appointment, which is misleading on their appointment history. Please make it so that we have an option to charge for a no-show AND the staff member gets commission for the missed service charge.

Hi! Yes this is frustrating! And also that when we don’t check a client in within 15 mins of their scheduled appt, they automatically get marked as a no show. And it’s in their history - with no way of reversing it. I generally don’t physically check my client in until I am checking them out because we don’t have a receptionist or someone at the computer all the time. So every single one of my clients has a note from Phorest on their account of 5+ no shows. This needs to be fixed.

Good point. We just need a button to mark as a no show / late cancellation to commence the charges as per the salon policy
