Auto add the date for every note, make it faster for stylist to update. Our old software did this and now stylists are not adding in date which leads to confusion, you don’t know when the formula was changed/added

Phorest Product this is important for the computer and Phorest Go version. When you click on the notes it should automatically add a date and who entered the note like the audit trail. This information is needed if a question comes up. Having to try and look though the audit to find out when it happened and who put the note there is not efficient or helpful.
