I’m having trouble on mobile app the rescheduling appointment feature isn’t allowing me to put at another day time (was working) now it isn’t???

It would be great if my staff could do repeat bookings for clients in the app

So I understand why the idea of being the same phone number can make marketing a little messy, but can we at least add a feature to link two clients via the app so I don’t have to put in a fake number to book the appointment. Especially when adding a new client via the Phorest app it won’t let someone book if they have a number that’s already in the system

On the original Phorest Go you could see all your clients previous notes or past notes at a quick glance, even if it was a quick scroll down them. You can’t do this on the new Go. If there’s no previous notes you have to go searching then you get all previous notes Not really helpful when you’re super busy and need a quick look. !!!

I much preferred the old format, where you just clicked on a clients name in the diary and then could scroll up or down to see their history and future appointments along with notes for that appointment! Now you have to go through several clicks to see notes and it just adds the date the note was made, but doesn't show what appointment the note relates too!! This is a massive pain and makes it very confusing!

When you add a break on the app you can’t select paid or unpaid

You hardly touch the mouse and the appointment is moved. Even by 5 minutes- it is too easy to mess up the schedule. EVERY APPOINTMENT MOVE must say “ Are you sure?” THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOREVER. Vagaro has this. Please update immediately. We have given this feedback fire a long time.

Is there a way that stylists get notified when a client books an appointment etc

If we ever get a review from a client - the therapist should be alerted via a notification on the app.
