Been able to integrate WhatsApp with Phorest to be able to communicate with clients.
These days clients prefer to use WhatsApp to communicate instead of phone or email.

Wir bezahlen inzwischen ca. 200 € pro Monat für SMS. Da Phorest an SMS mitverdient, entsteht bei uns der Eindruck, dass eine Umstellung auf WhatsApp nicht priorisiert wird – anders können wir uns den aktuellen Stand kaum erklären.
Was dabei aus unserer Sicht wichtig ist: Phorest-Kunden müssen im Alltag handlungsfähig bleiben und zeitgemäße, kosteneffiziente Kommunikationswege nutzen können. Gibt es eine konkrete Roadmap bzw. einen Termin, wann WhatsApp statt SMS unterstützt wird?
