Would like to have waitlist that clients can add themselves and when there is a spot available it automatically sends them notification. I had this in my past booking app and I’m paying more in this system but this does not have many thing still.

could be way more productive and save loss of revenue with the ability to see the waitlist on app. Stylist are exhausted in salon and busy when they are home sitting on couch is when they have time to review the schedule and contact people.

Also would be helpful to have what massage envy has where everyone on waitlist gets a notification immediately when a cancelation happens and asks them to call salon or connect them to booking online. First one who calls or books gets it. i’m shocked at how many times this happens and it’s booked in 5 min! would help soooo much and free up the desk help in having to contact everyone . after appointment is booked a message is sent saying , this appointment has been taken .

I would love to have this option for clients to add them selfs to a waiting list . Also treat cards to be available in the app for stylist to modify it.

Our old software had a wait list that was actually a list of clients with deep requests and if someone cancels, we would see all the options of all the clients that was the only good thing about our old topper. In this software we are being forced to use an Excel spreadsheet and made our own wait list but I think you guys should be able to function a way to do how Milano how did that was the only good thing that they had I’m happy to send an Example.
