It would be great to have the % of retail units for the amount of clients in any given time. For example, John sold 7 retail units in a week and he saw 20 clients- his PPC for the week is .35. It is so much easier for a technician to think visually so they see their book with 5 clients and their goal is .50 PPC they know they have to move at least 3 retail units (pieces) to be at or above their goal. Much easier than trying to figure the ratio of retail to service sales for most technician. if I get my technicians consistent with .50 PPC my retail to services is easily above 12% and closer to 15% which is above industry bench marks.
