Under the option for client chats provide an option for internal staff messaging. Having this option separate from client chats would be gratefully helpful. This would help us eliminate having to use outside source chat rooms in order to communicate to our staff and for staff members to communicate amongst each other it would be amazing to have it all in one place. I think it should be an option next to client chats and not included in client chats as a separate option

Phorest Product SalonClouds used to have a function where you could create internal chat groups on the employee app. For instance, you could have 1 for full team, then 1 for only hair team, or only spa team. As long as they were in your employee system, you could select them to add to the chat groups.
