Auto add the date for every note, make it faster for stylist to update. Our old software did this and now stylists are not adding in date which leads to confusion, you don’t know when the formula was changed/added

It would be greatly helpful to access all of a particular client’s consultation forms in their profile while using a mobile device/PhorestGO. This would allow practitioners to review SOAP notes as well as intake forms.

The skip button for tips by card should be more prominent like under the custom option it’s that’s small ur actually having to point it out to clients which is embarrassing for them and us also tips has to be added to phorest go checkout it’s crazy busy this time of year checking out phorest go is standard but no Option to add a tip this way so results in queues for clients wanting to tip instead of express checkout

When amending an appointment or looking at different days can it keeps going back to today therefore losing where you were originally at. Very annoying

is there a way to distinguish a new client or a regular client receiving a new service or that has received a new service after check out? Perhaps instead of turning them green turning them green but initiating a blue star or something to that effect so we may call back clients that have had a first time service, and or first service with a different Stylist to ensure that they were satisfied?

Not sure if it’s just our app, but the amount of times you have to input your pin during a consultation is really annoying, especially as the app can be slow. You input it to login, then again to open consultations, then again to open a form, and again once the client is done - and one final time to submit it. It should just be one to get into the app and once into consultations.

When retrieving numbers for the night it would be nice for it to go straight to "Today" not "this week", and then have to change it every night and wait for it to pull up

Desperate for a membership subscription through phorest. Was told to book courses but if client paying monthly it needs to be shown monthly! Currently looking at other software but would prefer to go through phorest

We need the ability to edit the message being sent to clients for follow up expert recommendations so we can include a promo code for the online store.
