Hi Team, I’d love to provide some feedback regarding the new Team Goals feature. At the moment, goals based only on total service sales or total retail sales feel quite broad and don’t always reflect the specific business objectives clinics and salons are actively working towards each month. It would be incredibly valuable to have more customisable goal options, such as: Packages or prepaid courses sold Membership sales Gift vouchers sold Upsells/add-ons achieved Specific treatment promotions sold Product category targets Team-based campaign goals For example, if we’re running a promotion on a particular facial or treatment, it would be helpful to set a goal such as: “Team goal: sell 20 Autumn IPL packages this month.” This would make the goals feature far more strategic, motivational, and aligned with real business campaigns rather than only tracking broad revenue categories. It would also help teams stay focused on: promotional priorities treatment conversion client journey progression package uptake retail attachment rates overall clinic growth strategies I believe this would make the feature significantly more useful for clinics wanting to drive targeted growth and team engagement.
