It would be great if we could change the service in the ticket rather than having to cancel the appointment and rescheduling for the service that we are performing.

Since the upgrade, our "future appointments" print in a really large font with terrible formatting which makes it almost unusable. If a client has more than one or two appointments it takes up reels of paper and means we can no longer print appointments for our clients. Is there anyway we can go back to a smaller font and a more basic format like we used to have?

It would be nice to have filters for the chats!

Is it possible to adjust settings so that staff can only see their commission totals, not full sales amounts, in the "My Performance" section? This would help maintain privacy and avoid confusion, while still giving team members insight into their earnings. If this isn’t currently available, I’d like to request this as a feature for better staff transparency and control over what performance data is visible.

When a client cancels a treatment, have a section where they need to leave feedback as to why they are canceling their appointment.

I think that whenever there is an update to Phorest (especially visually), there should be a video that comes via email with someone giving the updates made/ how things have changed. It is hard to keep my staff fully trained when the system is changing so quickly/without much guidance.

If clients could see their treatcard points on the app and book them in for rewards themselves. Very time consuming at the desk when they could simply view on the app and select their reward and book the appointment online directly

If possible, can we have at least 20 to 30 mins time out?

Do not add gift card savings on the printed receipt as the clients get confused on discounts.
