It would be helpful if the new update could allow for negative numbers. We pre-sell some products, so at the moment we can’t account for them in stocktakes as it zero’s out the item then when stock is received the count is out.

how to track different service goals for individual service items in staff performance. Your menu for goals is limited. I tried to use commission to create a goal selecting the service I need to promote but this applies the commission to every service item, why? We have services that we wish our team to sell as these are profitable and don't require any labour, and I'd love for this to be tracked on my performance app so the team is prompted throughout the day on how many they need to sell to hit their target, but I can't see where phorest is capable of allowing this function to work seamlessly.

When rebooking a regular client it should automatically go down as a request rather than haven’t to manually change it.

I want to be able to have my girls be able to record notes on the appt book for example an important note next to an appt or just a task to complete during the day and the girls can’t do this unless they are activated to be able to edit and move their breaks which I don’t want. Can we have breaks and tasks seperate so I can disable the girls from editing moving task breaks but they can be activated to be able to put task notes on the appt book

It would be greatly helpful to access all of a particular client’s consultation forms in their profile while using a mobile device/PhorestGO. This would allow practitioners to review SOAP notes as well as intake forms.

To add ‘clients per day’ quick at a glance how many clients individual team members are averaging per day for the week/month. Adding utilisation % to the app for the team to see their productivity would also be helpful.

You shouldn’t have to create a specific level to change and adjust the pricing for each hairstylist. You should be able to go into the hairstylist and adjust their time and pricing per provider. When you have multiple variations between levels, then you have to create random levels and it causes more stress when trying to do level jumps and promotions.
