It should definitely be included. It's just a normal business activity these days and should be part of the system.

Yes I agree! Our businesses must be able to surge ahead without worrying about annoying revenue raising sms charges getting out of control costing way more than necessary when this is an expected form of communication between salon & clients.

I think that SMS unlimited texts should be included for what I pay. I am at the top tier and My last company didn't charge me for this either. I love phorest, but I don't like the extra SMS charges. I scared to go over becuase I have twice and got a heft charge for it. So I really don't like that. SO now I don't even do the extra SMS even if I have them left over because I'm afraid to market to much, which is why I joined Phorest in the first place. Please take the SMS charges to unlimited.

Absolutely!! Our last booking system didn’t charge extra. It was included and wants expensive as Phorest.
