Would be great to either see a report (may not be accessible for all staff) or a tab on the app where (accessible for all staff) you can see all of your rescheduled appointments, who the appointment was for, what was booked and the day they moved their appointment to and from, also adding in if it was rescheduled online or from staff.

For online booking, when a client selects “no preference“ the system randomizes stylist selection by availability. This is problematic for salons that book based on seniority. Manually reassigning the client creates a whole different problem. Salons should be able to control the order stylists are booked even when a client selects “no preference”.

It would be useful of notes added automatically had date and time added so we could see when they were added when reading back

It’s so hard to get front desk to look at notes and often times appt notes get overlooked. A pop up alert / ‼️ where stylist can add short note ( such as book extra 15 mins extra long hair or any other vital info that needs to be relayed and can be added by stylist through the app. ) Incase they aren’t present when front desk books appt. Even a pop up that comes up if their is anything extra important when you check in client on computer such as allergies/ pro noun/ if client is in time constraint. Some may think it’s excessive but as a stylist dealing with so many people it’s hard to remove every little thing and when it pops up I find it more helpful cause your forced to see it rather than actively check the notes cause sometimes you forget and between appt notes and client notes I never remember where I put info / and if you don’t date the note no one knows when it was written 🙃

Stylists should be able to edit their appointments booked online such as - a particular stylist who only works with a specific member of staff for colour or other such services and also not accepting new clients online.

Be able to do the cash up on phone

We receive many five star reviews which we want to share on our social media. This is currently a pain, as we have to screenshot the picture and erase the clients name. Could Phorest do something about this please 🙏🏽

It would be great if there was a feature that notified us of an employees anniversary and birthday since they are in their staff profile when we onboard a new employee.

Be great if we could create our email marketing on the phone !

There should be an easier way to assign an assistant to the full day of a stylists, instead of individually adding yourself to each appointment for tip outs.
