I know that in other booking systems, the fact that when a customer makes an appointment for a facial treatment, the program offers additional services (e.g. eyelash and eyebrow treatments, nail polishes, etc.). This feature is also included in Phorest, so you could easily increase sales.

Online booking should definitely have an option if the company wishes, where the booking suggests times that are either immediately before or immediately after an existing reservation, so that there are no stupid gaps left, or that the day can accommodate as many long treatments as possible. Here you lose a lot of money when a customer books e.g. a 30min express service in the middle of 2h...

When the customer calls the time, it would be more convenient to start by selecting the service (s), and the appointment order would then show where that service can be accommodated and which employees perform that service. Other times where the treatment doesn't fit would be grey though. Once the service has been selected and a suitable time has been found, it would only be time to enter the customer's details. In this way, it would not be necessary to remember the number of minutes of services every time, calculate where the service can fit and think about who is doing the treatment. Now if you have already agreed with the client, for example, facial treatment, you have entered your name and contact information, and the client at this stage decides that he still wants a pedicure after all, you will have to leave the reservation view and do everything again if the treatment does not fit in that time/day anymore.

When I create a service, it would be pretty important to be able to give it a duration of 0min as well. Some of our services are additional services that do not take more time, but bring additional income. When you have 1min to choose from, it confuses the entire calendar. We've ended up rather putting in that straight 15min duration because the calendar stays better on its schedule that way. We now remove it ourselves 15min if we want from certain services after a customer has booked, but it's pretty unintelligent to have to observe this.

It would be nice if the program found a billing template that could be sent to the customer's email or printed.

Public holidays are displayed in the appointment view, e.g. in red or at least so that the days stand out.

I wish there was a point in the program where you can define the time between treatments, which is reserved for sales work, cleaning, etc. Now, when creating services, the necessary break time is added, which works comfortably when the client books only one treatment. But when the client books several treatments, then these breaks are repeated every time. For example, the client reserves time for facial care, eyebrow shaping and coloring, and sugaring the mustache hairs. For this, the program now allocates (the breaks I entered for all three treatments) 45 minutes. The need would be only for 15-20 minutes.

Currently, the appointment view updates when you visit another section, such as Manage and return to Appointments. It would be good to have a separate button in the appointment view, clicking on which the calendar will be updated.

It takes an impossible number of clicks to hit the cash register! The program could automatically have a bank card selected by default and the amount to be paid, so it would be enough to just click pay. Additional clicks would only be needed if the payment method is simple or not.
