The ability to manage the MFP's online stores “from one place”, so that product images and product descriptions can be maintained at the chain level and are automatically synchronized with all online stores in the offices. Now adding the same content has to be done on a per-site basis, which takes a lot of time and is prone to errors. This would speed up the opening of an online store to multiple locations and ensure a unified brand look.

Currently it is possible to edit the color of the button itself and the color of the text of the button, but the color of the entire background of the button cannot be edited.

In the Marketing section Email Campaigns editor, the “HTML/Custom HTML” content block (or alternatively the “Import HTML” function). This would allow for ready-made HTML email templates (e.g. those made with AI/an external tool) I import directly into Phorest without having to rebuild the message or turn it into an image. This would speed up what email campaigners do.

It would be good for the system to automatically send a message to the wait-list client when time frees up. The client should be able to confirm the time directly through the message, in which case it will be automatically saved in the calendar. In addition, it would be good for the movement to be able to self-edit and extend that window of time (instead of the current 7 minutes) that the free time is available to reserve before it leaves the calendar.

It would be good if you could specify a variable duration for the additional service depending on which main service it is connected to. In this case, the same additional service would not have to be created in the system several times with different duration options, but one and the same additional service would automatically adapt according to the main service selected.

In the browser version of the online appointment, the customer will be shown the “Select other available author” option when the selected author is not available, but other agents offering the same service have free hours. In a branded application, in a similar situation, only “No free times” is displayed. It would be useful to bring the same functionality to a branded app as well, so that customers can easily find free time from another author without having to go back to change their choice.

It takes an impossible number of clicks to hit the cash register! The program could automatically have a bank card selected by default and the amount to be paid, so it would be enough to just click pay. Additional clicks would only be needed if the payment method is simple or not.

A feature by which offers could be limited to redeemable only through the app or for regular customers. This would create tangible added value for the app and encourage customers to download the app as well as engage with the company. Desired development options: “Redeemable with app only” feature The special offer must first be activated in the client's application. At checkout, the customer displays an offer or QR code from the application. The staff will scan the QR code, allowing the offer to be redeemed. “Regular customers only” condition for special offers A choice could be added to the special offer: “Offer only for regular customers” When an offer is added at checkout, the system would display a pop-up message, for example: “NB! Offer for regular customers only. Scan or create a loyalty card.” The customer could then download the app and show their electronic loyalty card at checkout to receive a quote.

Currently, the login page completely lacks the ability to give consent to marketing or loyalty communications. Desired Improvements: Add an optional marketing consent (opt-in) check box when making an appointment or creating an account, for example: “Yes please, send me a 10% discount code. By clicking, you agree to the Terms of Use.” (The Terms of Use may specify which communications the consent relates to.) Add the same opt-in option for existing customers when they log in to their customer account. The possibility of granting marketing consent is also added to the mobile application. The option to fill or update a birthday will also be added to the application so that companies can take advantage of birthday marketing, for example.
