It would be very helpful to have appointment notes automatically pop up when checking in a client or cashing them out. For example, when the client is paying ,before the pre-book options appear, there could be a pop-up displaying the appointment notes so they don’t get missed. We’ve noticed that newer team members sometimes forget to check client or appointment notes, even when there are important messages included. Having an automatic reminder or pop-up feature would help ensure important information is consistently seen and communicated.
