Oh My Goodness! Refunds/exchanges!!
We've been on Phorest for a few years now and we have always been able to refund, credit, exchange etc products and services pretty fluidly. With one of the newest updates- that flexibility is GONE! and has created a unacceptable need to "work around" pricing and refunding/editing transaction that doesn't make me comfortable. It's not good book keeping nor is it simple enough for desk staff to accomplish with me there (manager) I'm rarely not in, but Saturdays I am off and they get "stuck" when a client has that particular need. Especially difficult when the exchange for a product is a credit and client wants the $ back on their card.
