It would be extremely helpful if vacation and shift planning were intelligently supported in Phorest. Specifically, I would like: • Digital vacation requests for employees directly via the app. • Economically optimized vacation planning → Vacations preferred in times of low turnover, warnings when there are too many absences at weddings. • Emergency plan in case of illness absences → automatic suggestions for replacements, quick team notification, optional rebooking of appointments. • Intelligent shift planning assistance → Notices when overtime is imminent, easy drag-and-drop of services/absences. Phorest is already evaluating the profitability of the salon very well. When this data is linked directly to vacation and work planning, there is enormous potential: ➡️ Better revenue protection ➡️ Less stress during outages ➡️ Transparent, fair planning for everyone

This would make it easier for me to remove unnecessary details without having to click on and delete hundreds of lines individually. That would be a useful optimization. Why can't you upload a product image directly when entering the item. Is there now an additional effort for us via the online shop

We would like the appointment preview in the app to show the upcoming appointment and not the last past appointment. In addition, a link in the reminder/confirmation email would be great for direct integration into the calendar.

At the moment, we keep a separate time recording sheet for vacation days/days off/compensation/overtime, etc. It would be helpful if we could delete everything correctly in the work planning and then calculate directly how many hours were compensated for, how many overtime hours were worked. It is also possible to set how many hours per employee must be worked per week. Even in the work plan per employee, you would have to have different options to choose from (not just sick, vacation, anything else) At the moment, we spend hours creating a correct working time recording for each employee.

The new view in the cash statements and in the receipts is by no means an improvement. Compared to the old view, it is absolutely confusing and, in my opinion, also has missing functions! Hopefully, please return to the default view very quickly!

There should be more choices when it comes to setting the frequency of review requests. There is: On the first visit, on every visit, a maximum of once a month. It would be good, for example, once every 6 months, so that the customer is queried a maximum of 2 times a year. It makes no sense to just ask questions on their first visit, and customers who come regularly every month don't want to be queried every time they visit.
