It would be extremely helpful if vacation and shift planning were intelligently supported in Phorest.

Specifically, I would like:

• Digital vacation requests for employees directly via the app.

• Economically optimized vacation planning → Vacations preferred in times of low turnover, warnings when there are too many absences at weddings.

• Emergency plan in case of illness absences → automatic suggestions for replacements, quick team notification, optional rebooking of appointments.

• Intelligent shift planning assistance → Notices when overtime is imminent, easy drag-and-drop of services/absences.

Phorest is already evaluating the profitability of the salon very well. When this data is linked directly to vacation and work planning, there is enormous potential:
