The ability to select targets as ongoing rather than manually add them monthly

Being able to check out multiple guests on one ticket on the Phorest go app. Many Salons are transitioning to work without a front desk. This app needs to be more user friendly to be able to do all the things the desk top version does.

It would be great if we could leave a to do list for the Salon Coordinator - example please Call Mary for me to come in 15 later , Check patch tests expiry date etc

We love to write Todo‘s with the break function in the timetable. Different Colors would help us to get a better overview. E.G. red for cleaning, blue for Training;-)

I'd like yo be able to use a contact us from the App. Handy to raise a ticket for support when not able. To access desktop.

It would be great if the stylists got a notification when a client books/reschedules/cancels their appointment

Sometimes i get notifications on cancelations and bookings but not always. It would be nice to have a log of all the notifications to look back on!

If we have a calendar that everyone can see, how to we schedule a training or class and it apply to everyone or multiple people instead of having breaks all over the schedule? weve been meaning to suggest this in order to have all of our calendars synced up so that we can see meetings as well as client appointments scheduled. It really would be great if we could put a class or training on everyone's schedule, or meetings or shared meetings

It would be great to have preset goals for each stylist depending on their level within our company. We have level 1-6 stylist. When jumping from level 1 to level 2, it would be great to just choose "Level 2" goals so we don't have to repeat the goals every time. Thank you.

I would love for this system (on the desk top version and Phorest Go 2)to automatically rebook clients the same amount of time when they book online or when booking them in person. The system would just remember the last apt time and book. For example client has a lot of hair and has not been seen before so I stretch down the apt time to fit and now every time client books that service it will book adequate timing.
