To be able to directly contact clients ref their appointment via the phorest system or the phorest app to make it easier, then have the conversation automatically be logged to refer back to. This cuts out the hassle of messaging via socials or email.

Please please please add this feature on the app we can’t see who is waiting when away from main system and also make this a feature for online bookings for clients to add themselves to a cancellation list. This needs to b made a priority guys wer asking long enough for it now!!

Paying deposits via the app.

Hey as I track 6 different target for my team the goal section on the app is limited I would love for the team to be able to see their goals on their app Also be able to track Care factor Utilisation No shows Colour services % not takings New clients % I can see average bill and total services but it would be good to track these in further detail

It’s a tricky conversation to ask for a tip. Can phorest pay ask the client if they want to leave a tip then they can enter the amount, rather than just tapping their credit card or debit card.

Currently on 2.0 if I tap the client phone number it opens the option for a call. We text all of our guests so It should at least be like the previous app and give an option to text when long pressed please. Better than that press the number and have it give ‘call, text, or copy number’

On the old app we could add the client profile picture on the 2.0 app we are not able to. Will This be added to the new app?
