Hi Phorest Team, I’d like to submit a feature request that would have a meaningful revenue impact for our salon and, I believe, many others. When we previously used Timely, we received an instant email notification every time an abandoned cart occurred. The email included the customer’s name, the services selected, the chosen stylist, and the preferred time slot. We actioned these immediately by calling the client, and we consistently converted over 50% of those abandoned bookings with a simple follow-up call. Currently in Phorest, we don’t have access to this booking-level information in real time. Having the option to receive an automatic email notification whenever an abandoned cart occurs — including: Customer name Services selected Preferred stylist Selected time slot — would allow salons to proactively recover lost bookings and significantly increase revenue from online booking traffic. We would love to see this feature considered in a future update.
