Hey as I track 6 different target for my team the goal section on the app is limited I would love for the team to be able to see their goals on their app Also be able to track Care factor Utilisation No shows Colour services % not takings New clients % I can see average bill and total services but it would be good to track these in further detail

I don't think each team member needs to see the amount they do in service sales. I know each spa tracks different metics so i think it is really important to be able to customize what they can see. I think it is such a great idea and motivator but until it is customizable we won't be using it...

I would love to see if staff goals could be updated. Rather than monetary or units - it would be great if you could also select services or products or memberships. For instance - if we were doing a goal and we wanted our therapists to be promoting a specific service that month - it would be great to set a goal for say 10 x services or 10x specific product that we sell or 10 x memberships! It would be amazing to have more selections on staff goals. I did have a chat with somebody at the summit about this and they said they would pass this on.

We love My Goals for stylists but we would love the same for our managers where we can put on their salon targets for revenue, re-bookings etc please

It’d be a HUGE if we could access our inventory orders on mobile. To check in products on the go.
