I don't think each team member needs to see the amount they do in service sales. I know each spa tracks different metics so i think it is really important to be able to customize what they can see. I think it is such a great idea and motivator but until it is customizable we won't be using it...

We have just released new access levels now where you can give access to My Goals but not My Numbers.
We are working on additional access levels for My Numbers where you can restrict how far back they can see in the data.

I think this is detrimental to salon owners as well. We need to be able to track different metrics under their goals. When they see their service numbers they seem to think we are taking all of "their" money. we all know that is not true but this would prevent them from thinking they would do better if they left our salons. I believe this actually caused one of my girls to leave! Lets track their service ticket amount, retail numbers, percentage pre booked, and the bookings of say a certain service like hydra facials
