Many clients don’t answer their phones and never listen to their voicemails. We get much better responses when we text but we don’t like to use our personal phones. Can you offer a texting option to contact guests when they are late for a quick response?

Add an option for the cash drawer to open only for cash transactions, not for every transaction.

Absolutely hate this new update! It’s not easy to use at all. On the old app hair was one side of the screen and beauty the other, now it’s super hard to use because we have to keep swiping to the other side whilst our own column is at the start. Hard to track and make sure there’s no clashes through out the day, really not keen needs lots of improvements before I delete the old app.

I would like to be able to use the copy and move feature for tasks, not just appointments.
