Cannot track campaign success
Hi all, Clarins have been in touch with the following request, @Mikey has kindly advised on a workaround they can try, which i have shared with them and advised i will pass on the request further. Thanks ''We’ve been investigating the upcoming campaign driving to the Clarins booking platform and tracking customer user journeys. One of the requests to make the tracking work efficiently is by having a redirect from the Phorest booking confirmation page back to Clarins landing page. This will allow us to map the sessions which have been successful. May we ask if this is possible to do on your side?'' Aisling Barrett --- I know of another salons who requested to being able to specify a landing page after a successful booking. Sonja I don't know if that solves the problem. The issue is, that they cannot track the success of campaigns.
