Hi, I went to book an appointment at a spa near by that also uses Phorest. I booked a massage but found it was impossible for me to add on a facial. My clientele has complained of this also. I went to my website to play around to see if I could figure it out and no luck. Even in appointment history, there’s no option for additional services to add. Seems like a lot of lost revenue. I also get complaints that clients can’t add on their kids or others which leads them to calling the salon or texting to add them as back to back appoinments or same time appoinments.
