Desktop Purchase Screen

It would be helpful to have a gift card balance indicator on the pay screen similar to the account/course/treatcard buttons that are currently displayed. It would aid in a better clients experience.

We would like to be able to suspend a sale. If I ring up product and/or gift cards, I want to be able to save/ suspend that sale without completing it yet. Thanks!
