When a client is sent there medical questionnaire to complete 5 days prior to their appt, if they have previously completed a questionnaire, their answers are available to see. The client updates the form with any changes, or not, signs and submits the form. However when they do this the date doesnt change. It keeps the date as per the first completion date, unless we actually make the change ourselves. Would be VERY helpful if Phorest could remember the new date of submission and keep a record of each consultation form completed
