It would be great if we could have fields in the consultation form that could populate a custom list for marketing. For example, if we are introducing a new service designed to help improve sleep quality, it would be cool if there was a way to sort a field on consultation forms for anyone who checked a box that they have problems with sleep, or are seeking services to improve sleep.
