Clients are booking services they think they need online eg half head of foils, when in fact they need an extended appointment for a full head of foils or colour correction. Without viewing a photograph prior to the appointment we cannot determine time needed which can result in a total reschedule.

This fix will allow:

* Better preparation and time management before appointments

* Ensures the correct services and durations are booked

* Assists with identifying and diagnosis of any form-related issues more quickly (something we have experienced recently).
