Need to be able to record which parts of a sale were medical vs non-medical for VAT purposes. It is not sufficient at a product level because sometimes the product is used for a non-medical purpose and sometimes it is used for a medical purpose, therefore this needs to be easily classified and reportable for VAT calculations
